Anybody know if there is a way to print Source Code in color from the Print Menu in MFEEE?
The source editor does a great job of color coding the source, however, the print is plain black and white. Am I overlooking an option to print in color when I chose a color printer to print to?
Hey Kevin...I tried doing this yesterday, determined to answer your post with a solution. I spent the better part of 30 min. w/o figuring it out! If there's an answer, I have no idea what it is...
I know what you're talking about. I changed my IDE to display comments in blue, so they certainly would show up as such when printed in color.
We use MFEEE both for maintaining legacy applications and developing new mainframe apps. We're a big DB2 shop, and most of our apps use stored procs to drive functionality found on our external and internal websites, but we also have large batch cycles to keep data synched. We're a financial institution.
American Health and Life Insurance dba Citi Assurance Services. We handle all of Citi's debt protection credit insurance as well as Sears Life insurance products. Our system is pure VSAM COBOL CICS and batch. A legacy vendor package called Xycor. We do little development. We for the most part use the system as it was designed in the early 70's.
I have been using Micro Focus produccts since 96 back when it was called COBOL Workbench. Beside myself, there are few programmers (old farts) that will embrace the IDE concept of maintenance, analysis and testing.
If you ever figure out how to Print in color from Source Edit, please let me know....
