WrapPacks, HotFix and Security Packs

Hi, I am installing the last Micro Focus Net Express 5.1 wrap pack in my computer now, but I have a doubt, in the instructions from wrap pack 3 says that I need to uninstall all the security packs, but in the update product site only exits two categories: wrap pack and hot fix, ¿are the hot fix the same security packs? ¿do I need install hotfix even when I already have installed the latest wrap packs?

I feel a little confuse about that names, could anybody explain me the difference and what do I need to install (wrap pack, hot fix and security packs?
