hello,
new to micro focus and trying to run a batch cobol program to generate XML. Using MFC tutorial example and not having success, anyone out there do this before have any words of advice on what it takes to make it work. Running under Red Hat linux.

Hi, this is my first time here. I hope someone can help, I am an IT person for over 30 years, ready to retire. But I just cann't stop, have to girls going to college. My question can anyone suggest how to get started programming in MF Cobol. I used to use MS Cobol many years ago, I have been programming in Cobol all that time. What sites should I go to to find jobs, etc....

I have successfully installed Net Express 5.1 and I need to work with existing application that includes the COBOL with Dynamic SQLs(DB2) on Windaws platform.

The second Pennsylvania Micro Focus User Group (MUG) meeting was held on June 4th at the Trattoria San Nicole in Berwyn Pennsylvania.
